1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Flipydo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected by you.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are only available within the 7-day money-back window for new users.

3. User Content and Data Rights

• You retain full ownership of all images, text, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content").
• We do not claim ownership of your User Content, nor do we sell, share, or use it for training any machine learning models.
• You grant Flipydo a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to access the Service through automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools;
• Misuse the Service in any way that could impair its function or interfere with other users.

5. Service Availability and Modification

• We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Flipydo is not responsible for lost profits, failed transactions, or errors in third-party marketplace data.
• In no event shall Flipydo's liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
